Chen Kong-Wick is a steadfast and dedicated equity leader with over 25 years of experience in the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD). She recently developed and led the YES Sports Program, a free initiative serving 49 elementary schools, which earned recognition from the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA).
